In this action plaintiffs, Harrison M. Rachow and his collision insurer, seek to recover the sum of $107.37 from the defendants, C. O. Ringwald, his wife, Helen H. Ringwald, and their insurer, for damages sustained to the Rachow Ford automobile as the result of a collision occurring at the intersection of Walnut and Pine Streets in the City of Monroe during the noon hour on March 16, 1955.
