This is an action in which plaintiffs seek to set aside a contract for the purchase of certain motor vehicles on the ground that it was fraudulent and void, to recover money paid on the contract, and for damages resulting therefrom. Defendant Central Securities, Inc., filed a motion to strike certain portions of the amended petition upon the grounds that they were incompetent, irrelevant and immaterial...
