Plaintiff, Gertrude Zorinsky, a married woman, brought this action in two causes of action against defendant, The American Legion, Omaha Post No. 1, seeking recovery of damages for personal injuries, together with assigned medical and dental expenses. Plaintiff's amended petition alleged in substance that on August 11, 1954, she was a paying dinner guest at a restaurant owned and operated by defendant; that she ordered ice cream sherbet for dessert...
