This litigation grows out of a collision between a two-ton Ford truck and a passenger bus. The accident occurred on U.S. Highway 61 some two and a half miles north-east of the corporate limits of the City of Natchez between 6:30 and 7:00 o'clock on the morning of September 12, 1953.
