This is an employee's petition to review a preliminary agreement for compensation under the workmen's compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, as amended by public laws 1954, chapter 3297. The case was heard before a single commissioner of the workmen's compensation commission whereupon a decree was entered granting the petition and ordering payment of compensation based upon maximum partial incapacity.
