The issue raised by this appeal from the Probate Court is whether the contents of safe deposit box 41 in the First National Bank of Okeana, Ohio, belong to the estate of Blanche T. Kohl, deceased, or to May E. Mullen. The Probate Court held that the contents belonged to May E. Mullen. The contents of the box consisted of unendorsed certificates of stock in five corporations and four United States government "E" bonds for $100 each. The appraised value...
