Appellant, the Corporation Commission of Arizona, entered upon an inquiry concerning the rates being charged by the appellee, Round Valley Light and Power Company, a public utility corporation. The appellant will be designated hereinafter as the commission, and the appellee as the company. A hearing was had and the commission entered an order requiring the company to reduce its rates.
