HARNSBERGER, Justice.

Robert L. Bradley, a member of the police force of the city of Sheridan, was charged by the Chief of that department with insubordination and disrespect to his superior officer. After the officer had been given notice thereof, a hearing was held before the Police Department Civil Service Commission of Sheridan in accordance with the provisions of § 29-1513, W.C.S., 1945.
