This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, arising out of a collision between plaintiff's pickup truck and defendant's sedan. The collision occurred on the afternoon of July 31, 1951, a short distance north of the Tualatin River bridge on Highway 99W between Newberg and Portland. The plaintiff Fisher was driving his pickup truck in a southerly direction in the west lane of the highway...
