We granted certiorari to review the judgment of the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, reversing the district court's judgment and dismissing the suit of plaintiffs Laurent R. Lafleur and LeRoy Ortego to recover for damage to their crops and to the land belonging to the former by water which flooded the property because of the alleged failure of defendant to construct a levee on plaintiff's property in accordance with his contract with the Louisiana...
