This action is one to recover upon a policy of hospitalization insurance. The plaintiff alleged in his complaint that defendant was indebted to him in the sum of $504.44 under the terms and conditions of its policy. In its answer the defendant alleged full payment to the plaintiff of its entire liability under the policy.
