Zenith Construction Co., Inc., instituted this suit against Southern Construction Corporation to recover $6,703.40, the amount allegedly expended by Zenith in repairing a break in a sewer line in the Parish of Jefferson. After trial on the merits there was judgment in favor of plaintiff in the amount prayed for, and from this judgment the defendant appealed.1
