The basic issue here is the legal sufficiency of a local zoning regulation adopted June 14, 1954, by way of an amendment to the original ordinance, establishing an "Office Building District," comprising two properties of plaintiffs, that is to say, a large dwelling house on the north-westerly corner of Hamilton Drive and South Street, in Morristown, hereafter to be referred to as "Dwelling House," and a dwelling...
