Plaintiff (seller) brought suit to recover a balance allegedly owed by defendant (buyer) for goods sold and delivered. The defense interposed was accord and satisfaction. The trial court was of the opinion that there was no bona fide dispute existing between the parties and therefore no accord and satisfaction.
