PARKER, Justice.

A direct information containing forty-seven counts of embezzlement under § 9-322, W.C.S., 1945, was filed in Fremont County against defendant Arthur C. Faulkner. Defendant demurred to one count of the information and was sustained. During the trial, the prosecution dismissed five of the counts; and the case thereafter proceeded to conclusion on forty-one counts. The jury found defendant...
