At the conclusion of a contest instituted by the heirs at law of the decedent, Harry C. Stauffer, the court by its judgment denied probate of the will offered by the proponents, R.N. Philpot and Hilda Kirtlan, except as to two items thereof. Proponents' motion for a new trial was denied, and this appeal followed.
