This matter is before us on a writ of certiorari directed to the trial court to certify a full and complete transcript of the records, judgment, and proceeding "with the intent that the Order of November 9, 1955, be reviewed by this court."

The order of November 9, 1955, found

"That it does not appear to the court that it would be for the best interests of the child, Charles Parker, to make the change requested by the petitioners ..."
