This suit is an action in tort by Robert Hutchinson, individually, and on behalf of his minor son, Mike Hutchinson, for personal injuries resulting from an accident between a bicycle driven by young Hutchinson and an automobile driven by Alex Karnofsky. The defendants are Mr. Karnofsky and his liability insurer, American Indemnity Company. The Lower Court gave judgment in favor of defendants and petitioner has appealed.
