Plaintiffs appeal from an order setting aside the default of defendant C.A. Linch and the judgment entered thereon. The other defendants are not involved on this appeal. Plaintiffs contend that the trial court was without power to set aside the default after six months from the time respondent's default was entered; and we have concluded that this contention must be sustained.
