This concursus proceeding, provoked by the Union Oil Company of California, involves a 1/32 royalty. Under an order of court the company has been depositing in the registry of court the funds accruing to this royalty interest, and has cited the claimants to appear and assert their respective ownership and rights to the funds deposited.
