This action was brought by the defendants in error to quiet their title to the north 75 feet of Lots 17, 18 and 19, in Block 54, Original Townsite of the City of Enid. The plaintiff in error answered and alleged that she was the record owner of the south 75 feet of the described lots and was the owner by prescription of the south 6.3 feet of the north 75 feet of said lots.
