Nancy Morgan, plaintiff-appellee, brought this action against Richard Rocha, defendant-appellant, to establish the paternity of her child born out of wedlock and to require the defendant to contribute to the support of said child. After trial before the court sitting without a jury, the court made findings determining that the defendant is the father of plaintiff's child, and judgment was entered accordingly.
