Plaintiff brings this complaint in equity against his wife charging misappropriation of certain property, both real and personal, which plaintiff claims was jointly owned or otherwise should be so treated. The prayer is, in effect, for an order directing defendant to transfer the disputed property into joint ownership or, in the alternative, for an accounting to plaintiff for the proceeds.
