This appeal is by Davis Transport, Inc., defendant below, from money judgments in favor of Lloyd Harold Bolstad, Roy D. Cochran, and Nancy Britton Cochran, plaintiffs below, recovered on their respective claims for damages in a consolidated negligence action growing out of a highway collision accident occurring some twenty-six miles east of Big Lake, Texas, on Ranch Road 33 May 27, 1952.
