This is a workman's compensation case in which the sole question for decision here is that of the jurisdiction of the trial court. That court overruled petitioner's plea to its jurisdiction, and upon a jury verdict rendered judgment in favor of respondent for total, permanent disability in a lump sum, which judgment was reformed in a particular not material here, and, as reformed was affirmed.
