Mrs. Edyth Meacham and husband, petitioners, sued Mrs. Madelin Routh Loving and husband, respondents, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Meacham when she, while walking across the street, was struck by or collided with the automobile driven by Mrs. Loving. Judgment in favor of petitioner was entered by the trial court on the verdict of the jury. The Court of Civil Appeals has reversed the judgment of the trial court and remanded...
