Sarah M. DeWeese slipped and fell in the entrance of the J.C. Penney Department Store at 213 South Main Street in Salt Lake City on the evening of November 30, 1953. From a jury verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, defendant appeals, attacking the judgment on the ground that the trial court erred in respect to a) rulings on evidence, b) submission of the question of defendant's negligence to the jury, and c) in not ruling that plaintiff was guilty...
