Plaintiff Robert S. King, a real estate broker, filed this suit against Gertrude K. Pruitt to recover a real estate sales commission in the sum of $575. A trial resulted in a verdict for the defendant. From the judgment, plaintiff appealed to the Kansas City Court of Appeals. That court reversed the judgment and remanded the case for retrial.
