This appeal involves the question of the legality of the revocation of the retail liquor dealer's permit which had been issued to Peter Dauenhauer by the City of Gretna, Jefferson Parish, under which he had been operating an establishment at which he sold liquor at retail (known as the "Brown Bomber") in the City of Gretna.
