Appellees, O. D. Meadors and his wife, instituted this action against appellant, Lavada M. Burns, asking a rescission of a contract under the terms of which appellees agreed to purchase certain lands belonging to appellant and asking for damages, and, in lieu thereof, for damages to compensate for defects in the title.
