This suit was instituted in the District Court of Bowie County by plaintiff-appellee against appellant-defendant for injuries allegedly received by appellee on the 14th day of November, 1953, as the result of a motorcycle being driven by appellee, as a policeman, striking a city bus owned and operated by appellant.
