The defendant appeals from a judgment of conviction in a prosecution brought under the Hobbs Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1951 (1952).1 It is not claimed that there is not sufficient evidence to sustain the conviction. But it is claimed that there were errors at the trial of such nature that the accused is entitled to a new trial.
