Appellant, Tommy Loyd Walker, was charged by information with the crimes of burglary and grand larceny. Upon trial the jury returned a verdict of guilty of burglary and petit larceny, fixing his punishment at 3 years imprisonment in the penitentiary for burglary, and one day in jail and a $10 fine for petit larceny.
