We granted certiorari, the case has been argued and we now dispose of same.

Jesse Lamb located a boundary of timber containing an estimated minimum of 1,000,000 board feet of timber not including oak. He was unable to finance the purchase of same by himself so he called on Perry Jennings to assist him.
