This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office, affirming the rejection by the Primary Examiner of claims 11 to 15, inclusive, of appellants' application for a patent on "Amines and Process for the Preparation of Amines." Claims 11 and 13 are the only appealed claims which have been considered on their merits. Claims 12, 14, and 15 stand rejected as not readable on the elected species, no generic claim...
