In this action for $15,000 damages for personal injuries, sustained in a collision of automobiles, the jury returned a verdict for the defendants and the plaintiff has appealed. The trial court overruled the plaintiff's motion for a new trial and the sole question involved upon the appeal is whether instruction three, given at the request of the defendants, was so prejudicially erroneous in a matter materially affecting the merits of the action...
