The appellant filed this action in the Court of Common Pleas, Lucas County, Ohio, seeking damages of the appellee in the amount of $125,000.00 by reason of injuries suffered by her in an automobile accident which occurred while she was riding as a passenger and guest in a Cadillac automobile, owned and being operated at the time by the appellee.
