This is an appeal by A. A. A. Realty Company, Inc., from a summary judgment for appellee Jas. F. Neece. The suit was brought by appellant against appellee for damages for the breach of a written exclusive real estate listing agreement, by selling the listed property through another dealer. Both parties moved for summary judgment. Appellee's motion was denied and appellee's motion was sustained.
