The suit was originally filed by appellee V. C. Hardy against L. O. Langley. While suit was pending L. O. Langley, died. Thereafter Ruby Frances Langley, Independent Executrix of the Estate of L. O. Langley, deceased was made a party defendant. At the same time W. O. Brown of Dallas County, Texas, and W. A. Langley of Howard County, Texas, father of the deceased, were also...
