SADLER, Justice.

We are called upon to determine on this appeal whether the trial court erred in granting summary judgment for the defendants in an action prosecuted by the plaintiff, a minor, through his father as next friend, under 1953 Comp. § 64-24-1, the so-called Guest Statute. The material facts are set out in the findings made by the trial court upon granting defendant's motion for summary judgment. They will be recited.
