This is an appeal from a judgment in the sum of $1,500 in favor of appellee, Todd Crutcbfield, for damages, to an automobile he owned, which occurred in a collision with an automobile owned and operated by appellant, Charles Whaley. Crutchfield is in the automobile business at Magnolia; at the time of the collision one of his automobiles was being driven by his employee, Grady England.
