The plaintiff has moved for preliminary injunctive relief to prevent his removal as President of Joint Council 16 (Joint Council), a subordinate body of a labor union called the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, AFL-CIO (International Body).
