Abkar Setrakian died on November 22, 1948, and his will was admitted to probate on December 24 of that year. His sons, Souren Setrakian and Kourken Setrakian, qualified as executors on that date and since their qualification have managed the affairs of the estate. The will provides that the testator's daughters, Hasmick S. Besoyan, Gladys Serabian, Kesana Setrakian and Zabelle DeOrian, shall each be paid...
