Action to quiet title to land in which defendant Emma L. Patzer (hereinafter called defendant) claimed an interest on the ground that she had not been named or provided for in her father's will. The issues at the trial were whether defendant was a pretermitted child under Sec. 468.290 (RSMo and V.A.M.S.) and, if so, whether her rights were barred by limitations. The trial court entered a decree adjudging her to be the owner of an undivided 3/14 interest...
