Carlisle Cooper entered a plea of not guilty to an indictment based on 18 U.S. C. § 1621, charging that on July 1, 1952, at St. Louis, Missouri, during an official investigation by an Internal Revenue Agent of the office of the Internal Revenue Agent in Charge at St. Louis, and a Special Agent of the Intelligence Division of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, of Cooper's income tax liability and that of Andy Burger and Andy Burger Motors...
