In 1951 plaintiff purchased real estate in defendant city, it being his purpose at the time to build a service station thereon for the sale of a certain brand of gasoline. It was apparently the intention that such station would be operated by a company of which plaintiff was the president. Because of the situation existing at the time with reference to the property in question, title was taken in the name of plaintiff...
