Order reversed on the law and the matter remitted to the County Court for such proceedings as may be necessary and not inconsistent herewith.

The findings of fact are not affirmed. The papers on appeal disclose that in 1941, appellant and two others were indicted for murder in the first degree. During the trial, the County Judge presiding (now deceased) called appellant, his codefendants, and their counsel to his chambers and suggested that each of them plead guilty...
