Plaintiff brought this action to quiet title to a parcel of real property and for eviction and he was awarded judgment quieting title and for eviction, on condition, however, that he pay to defendants and cross-complainants the sum of $3,000. The judgment impresses a lien on the property as security for the $3,000, and awards costs to defendants.
