Gordon Wilkinson, a minor, by his Next Friend, Bert Wilkinson (his father), brought suit against W. P. Hogue and S. A. McCoy for the disaffirmance of two written contracts of the minor for the purchase of chinchillas, for the recovery of $1,850, paid by the minor, and for restoration of the remaining chinchillas to defendants.
