Samuel Luper, the plaintiff in this case, is the Trustee in Bankruptcy of Doris Elnora Ruhl. The defendant, Leonard F. Ruhl, is the husband of the bankrupt.

The plaintiff filed a complaint in which it is alleged that the bankrupt transferred two pieces of real estate to her husband, without consideration therefor, at a time when she was insolvent and that the transactions are, therefore, void. The plaintiff seeks to have these transactions...
